Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you have the option to return your item within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, resalable condition. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products—no exceptions.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping or handling costs.

Can I Get a Refund If I’m Not Happy With My Order?

Our products are crafted with real results in mind, and we’re committed to supporting you on your hair (or beard) journey. But we also understand that great results take consistency and time.

Most customers begin to see visible changes in hair or beard growth within 3 months, though some notice improvements even sooner. If our natural solution is the right fit for you and you’ve used the products consistently and as directed for 90 days, and still haven’t seen any progress—we’ll gladly offer you a full refund.

Please keep in mind that refund requests must be submitted within 6 months of your original purchase date.

 

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Need to update your shipping address or place your order on hold? We’ve got you—but timing is everything.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed and assigned a tracking number. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, please email us as soon as possible at info@kinkykurltherapy.com.

Once your order has been processed and a shipping confirmation email has been sent (this is separate from your initial order confirmation), we’re no longer able to make any changes.

 

Want to Cancel an Order? 

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.

However, you’re welcome to return the order once it arrives—as long as the items remain unopened and in their original, resalable condition. If eligible, a full refund will be issued once we receive the return.
